Wishing you all a spooky Halloween!
Oh, and just a word of warning....anyone visiting a hospital or even their doctors office today, beware of any nurses with long needles! Twisted Evil Wink

Happy Halloween to you too Silvers. In the UK we would have been battening down the hatches, armed to the teeth with treats for the kids. Do the Portuguese children do trick or treating? If they don't no doubt it will come.

Hi langkate,
Actually, here in Portugal they have the 'carnival' which is celebrated in February. Although having said that, I have noticed in the last couple of years that Halloween is becoming more and more popular over here. In the days leading up to the 31st some shop windows were actually decorated with Halloween stuff. So I'm sure you're right, it might soon come over here and become just as popular. Smile

The shops in Lisbon have a lot of Halloween stuff in them, but up to now not had any Trick or Treaters, except, from the nursery school close by, who did warn us they would be calling, all good fun, and the little ones did enjoy it.
