hi paul it was a lovely lady called erika that sent it to me.

we had a lovely christmas as we invited a couple to come over for dinner and tea and it was their first christmas here just like you. but we lost another brit as he went back to the uk for christmas and he has just come back, but he got married while in the uk. so he is moving back and using his house as a holiday home. so tom got in quick and offered to look after the place and keep the grass and garden looking good. so that will give us a few extra forints a month.

BUEK

Happy New Year (BUEK) MrAntonio.
Pat, we had a traditional Christmas dinner here and plated one up for the local landlady who was working a 14 hour day and wouldn't have had a Christmas meal. She'd (obviously) never tried an English Christmas meal but thoroughly enjoyed it and it meant we'd done our "bit" to help others.
Since then my friend's been over from England for a week. I've got to drop him back at the airport this afternoon.
Take care,
Paul.
BTW, it's snowing here.
