Dubai skyscrapers with photo at the top?

I'm looking for a list of addresses (or names) of Dubai skyscrapers or other tall buildings where (walking in, taking the elevator to the top, and snapping a photo or two of the surrounding cityscape is generally doable)??

I know some buildings have bars, and restaurants at the top, and dressing up usually means free entrance. I don't have a lot of money to pay to eat, or drink at these establishments, but I really hope to see Dubai during the day, or dusk from the top, or at least from a high floor of one of Dubai's many tall buildings.

Thanks

IMHO, one of the finest skyline shots is not from the top of the buildings... you need to head to Ras al Khor via Al Khail Road and make the 180 turn via the Al Rashidiya interchange. Heading back to the Nad Al Sheba interchange move to the far right lane. Approx 1-2 km on the right side is a wildlife viewing/ parking area. One a clear night, and even sometimes during sunset, it offers one of the finest views you can get of SZR skyscrapers. (I drive it home every evening btw)

www.seawings.ae/

Got a couple of free tickets to do this flight at the weekend - Expensive, but very good indeed. Would thoroughly recommend it as a one off treat if you have visitors out etc.
