Hi Diana, Sorry I didn't reply sooner, I have never been on a forum before, no excuse but thanks for your message. Hope you enjoy where you live, we have only travelled through that part of BG on our journey here, via Vidin, so don't know much about it. If you any info about your area and what is available I will be grateful. Promise to reply now I know how to use the forum[I think}!!! What do you do in your spare time? I sew, cook, and clean up after my lovely but messy hubby.
Take care.

Thanks to all the people on Skype - my Skype name is dianaslavcho and i have requested contact via Skype for the ones who have p'md me, ta ever so.

Dizzie Di iI will go into your own post and reply to you on there if that is ok.

I have been having a bit of a nightmare as the puppy appeal is mine, so in addition to 3 adult dogs iInow have 2 6-7 week old puppies I am trying to rehome. They have been vet checked yesterday and are fine, just to be wormed and flea'ed - a job for tonight and they can go.

Please everybody ask around as these are cuties and deserve a good home after a very shaky start

Bye all - Diana

Hi,

I retired here to Vlas end of September, so far so good. Pick up my lichna karta next week so will feel more secure about my long term future here.

Cheers

...was about to relocate to rural Portugal, was pippped at post with property I was watching for over a year whilst waiting for house here to sell in slow market. It is now sold and I am about to exchange contracts. The property prices in Bulgaria are pulling me that way, please tell me more about day to day life and what attracted you to Bulgaria? Where are you all? why did you choose the area that you live in. I see lots of properties are advertised near Yambol, whats it like there? Can anyone direct me to a good sight outlining pros and cons of buying/living in Bulgaria, including weather/area guide etc etc Which property sight/agent did you use? Who would you reccomend, who would you stay clear of? My son seems to think it is filled with Bulgarian Mafiosi and corruption, any comments? : ) kind regards Lynda
