Greetings from Abruzzo, Appennino teramano

Post Posted: Sun Oct 23, 2005 9:49 pm

Hi all!

I live with my wife in a little village on the Appennino, at 1100 mt on the sea level, in a wide territory in the greenest Abruzzo, Italy.

I'm searching foreign people who could be interested to visit our territory, not for turism but in their search to find the right place where to move and to live in.

I like to talk, learn english, exchange ideas, and mainly I like to add seeds of different culture in our tradition, in order to make more rich our sensitiveness.

Here there are several interesting real estate situations, and I will be happy, if I can, to be of help for this and other things.

Best greetings, Dan

Hi Dan, I have just joined this forum and would be interested to hear about your area of Italy. I have travelled through Italy but only stayed in the Puglia region once and Sicily many times. I am looking to relocate from the uk and live as self sufficiently as possible in a rural aspect I look forward to hearing from you. kind regards Lynda

Hi Dan. Our names are James & Andrea, We have just put an offer on a rural property in Cermignano (have you heard of it?) we know very little of the buying process or the language, although we have started to learn Italian, would it be possible to ask for your advice, when we do not know what to do or if problems arise. We love Italy and have visited 3 or 4 times now, I am a traditional book binder by trade, but for the last 5 years i have been a taxi driver. We are looking forward to moving to Italy. Anyway Dan if you want to reply please feel free. Thanks. James & Andrea.
