PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Hello everyone

Just wondering if any of you have got your agents to do your property management and how good are they?( How do you know that they have checked your property once a month) etc, and what are they charging you.

Regards
Miniminx

Hiya Jan Very Happy

We have just bought our property in a village called Voditsa/Targovishte region, we also used the same agents as you and have agreed to their property management too, but don't know how they go about checking the house (i.e) do they check the property once a month then send pictures via email to prove that they have checked the house, do you know..... have they told you anything about this Question
At the moment they are still changeing the batches to our name for the electric & water.
Please let us know how you get on and we'll see if they are as good with the aftersales service as they are with the selling Laughing

Anybody else used the agents (any agents) for property management, please tell us all about it so we can compare what we get for our money.

Regards
Miniminx Wink

Hi Miniminx, If you live in a village or small community meet your neighbours! they will check and look after your place like it was their own!
This dosn't work so well in a resort area. Our next door neighbour has a special interest in looking after our place as he stores his hay in our barn and the one on the other side uses part of our garden to grow his veg, suits us till we are there full time. I do realise there are still utilities etc to pay and our agent deals with that but it can be sorted from their office.

Miniminx

Try these guys. They seem quite good. I haven't had any negative feed back from my visitors about them. They seem to deal with many tour operators and cover the main areas in Bulgaria.

Hope that helps

All the best
