lake-view properties

Post Posted: Sat Nov 05, 2005 10:29 pm

I am looking to buy a property/plot of land with a lake-view. I like the look of Tsonevo and Aspurohovo but can't find what I want. Any ideas about another lakes with nice views that I can investigate.
Thanks

Hi,
We have just bought 511 sq mtr of land on a lakeside at the Smoylan Lakes near Pamporovo, very cheap.It is very close to Pamporovo and a new ski lift is being built nearby.We bought the smallest plot, I think that there are bigger ones for sale.The scenery is very stunning and as my hubby is a keen fisherman it was perfect for him.We are told that a project to be able to build here is underway, we don't know if this is true, as we bought through the same agents we bought our house through!!! We are happy with the land though as quite a few people [Bulgarians} fish here.We asked the notary when we were doing the deal if we would be able to build on it in the future, she said yes, so for the money we paid it should be a good investment,[or an expensive place for my hubby to fish!!!!}
If you want to know more, I will tell you whatever I can.

HI, there's something realy cheap I found parcel-batak.hit.bg/
The problem is that this is in bulgarian, and no english version is available;
so in brief - land on Batak dam, 5km from city of Batak, 55km south of Plovdiv and 128km south-east of Sofia. Tha land has already water, electricity and road, and there are some hotels, and ski infrastructure. Two properties to be sold - the price for the first one is 20 EUR/sqm and the secon one - 17eur/sqm.
Check the links on the bottom - pics, schemas and contacts.
Good luck
