House-Sitting in Costa Rica

Post Posted: Sun Sep 13, 2009 8:06 am

Any suggestions on how to find house-sitting opportunities in Costa Rica? I realize that there are a lot of Americans with second homes in Costa Rica that only live there part-time. I thought it would be mutually beneficial to find a house-sitting opportunity.

My husband and I have lots of past hotel experience (maintenance, housekeeping, and front desk) that make us ideal candidates for house-sitting.

Let me know if you have any ideas on how to do this... thank you!

Join yahoo group Costa Rica Living and post info about your desire to housesit. Also, Craigslist for Costa Rica...I would think there are many opportunities here.

Hi - I might try subscribing to the Caretaker's Gazette... Reputable, and solid results from what I have heard/experienced!

Here's the link: www.caretaker.org/

Take care,
