Hi

My name is Derek Soutar and I am moving to Limassol at the end of June with my wife and kids(9+4) to play football. I am just looking to get in touch with people who already have the experience of living there to find out nice areas to live in whether its in limassol or on the outskirts. Also to find out good english schools for my kids and whether there are places to meet ex pats for myself and my wife.

Hi there. I am John Hudson from Louth in Lincolnshire. Moved out here to Cyprus a few months after marrying a wonderful girl and I am now 75 years young. We have lived here for over 3 years and would not dream of returning to the UK permanently. Live amongst the Cypriots who we find delightful.

Hi Handy and Welcome!

Nice to hear some positive comments re Cyprus. Re Age - I never think of peoples age just their attitude to life, and 75 years young is a great one! Cool

Hope you will become a regular member on the forum and share some of your knowledge of life in Cyprus with those looking to make the move in the future.
