primary schools in bulgaria

Post Posted: Tue Dec 13, 2005 5:20 am

Hi, we have sold in Uk and have bought a house between Balchik and Dobrich. We will be moving out in April with two young children. Does anyone know about the primary school system in bulgaria? I will send the kids to local school, can't be worse than ours and they need to pick up language if we live there, so don't want an english school.

I heard they only start at 7 yrs old, and have three months off for summer. Has anyone moved primary children out there and sent them to a local school and how did they do?
