not been a member very long and surprised you havnt had any replies as yet so hopefully I can help
The main legal documents would normally be yours when the payment has been made, so a cirtain amount of trust has to be seen if you are to complete.
I used a bank money transfer and kept my fingers crossed, and all worked out very well.
Without Bulgarian contacts you will have to trust your agents, most are very honest and see your completion throughwithout problems.
Dont be afraid to phone them if you have any doubts, or get a contact number from someone who has been a customer, they should be able to give you one or two. Knowing how important this can be, if all goes well for you, offer to be a contact for the next nervous buyer
