Costs for re-registration of company & financial reports

Post Posted: Tue Oct 25, 2011 12:37 am

Can anyone let me know how much i should be paying for the
re-registration of my company please?
It is easy to agree a price in BG
only to find out later you have overpaid!!!

Also after re-registering the company i have to get the financial reports
for the last 4 years - can anyone give me a price for that too please?

and finally, can anyone recommend reputable lawyer/accountants
for these...

Thank you very much

Ok, been a while since we sorted out any re-registrating, but if memory serves, it was about 250 leva to register the company, I think! As for financial reports, I really can't remember, sorry.
I know our accountant charges us 200 leva for end of year accounts which includes the 50 leva set fee for submitting into the Trade registry.

You will get all sorts of prices from other property owners, some paid 50 leva, some paid 250 euros, etc etc etc.

Are you coming to BG to sort it all out or are you wanting to do this from the UK? Where are you wanting the lawyer and accountant to be based?
