The apartment has three rooms (a living room, an office/guest room and a sleeping room), a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a cloakroom, in total 68 sq m. The apartment is decorated with works of renowned Polish artists. The living room is equipped with the home cinema system, including an unrolling 3 meter wide projection screen. The kitchen’s equipment includes: dishwasher, refrigerator, cooker, microwave and washing machine. The complex is guarded 24 hours a day. There are also an underground parking place and a cellar. Photos are available on demand. Minimum rent period: 18 months. Price: PLN 2,400 a month plus charges (approx. PLN 800). An equivalent of 2 month rent will be asked as a guarantee. Finding an apartment can be a frustrating experience. You can find it from classified or from rental websites so you can get proper location so now it becomes easy task to find good rent home. Gdansk is the good living place so it is preferable apartment for rent.
