Hi Joan,

I live here now but have limited experience in the property game here. That said, I know a lady who does.
Her name is Hristina and she's in Varna. Contact her on slavena18 @ yahoo.com
I hope this is helpful, tell her John De Rosa in Sofia referred you. I'm not helping for profit by the way! Just so she knows where you came from.

Good Luck,

John

It really depends what you agree with the buyer. Sometimes the buyer pays all costs (more likely if a very cheap property) or sometimes these are half and half.

As seller you need to ensure you have up to date Skitsa and tax evaluation which you need to order and pay for at the local municipality.

There are notary costs and taxes to pay of around 3 to 4%.

Does having an up to date Skitsa mean also having a Technical Passport?

No idea what a technical passport is? Have been buying and selling houses in Bulgaria for years and never heard of this and never needed it.
