EDP

Post Posted: Mon Apr 29, 2013 8:25 pm

Just to share my experiences over the past 48 hours.

I have always submitted ny meter reading on-line. When I tried to do this on Sunday the system told me that I was not registered. So I telephoned them.

It appears that as I have now moved to EDP Commercial (see earlier threads on this whole subject) that I am no longer registered. It is necessary on the "open page" (in Portuguese only) to look for the hyperlink that states "associar contrato". Click on this and then from the drop down "combo" box select EDP Commercial.

Easy isn't it?????

Oh yes......and EDP told me that their web site wouldn't work with Google Chrome!!!!!! Amazing!

You'd think EDP would inform customers when change made but they don't, went through this last year, that'd be too easy, their sites optimized for M/Explorer but it works fine in chrome + translatror

Good to hear. I told EDP that I could not understand why their site wouldn't work with Chrome (I could understand Firefox but didn't say anything to them). They said that their "techies" were working on it as they have had some complaints from users.
