WANTED Ready to Move into House

Post Posted: Sat Jan 18, 2014 6:52 pm

OK, we've spent enough time learning about the country and examined the location options and made a decision. We will look first for a house being sold by another ex-pat which already has the necessary papers.

If you are selling or know of someone who is selling a decent sized house, say 150msq. with a big plot of land we are in the market. Location is not critical although the south of the country is preferred. What is important is that the house is on the edge of or outside a village with plenty of space between it and the nearest neighbour. Not too remote, however, as internet access is important.

We need a solidly built house with some character and excellent insulation, a heating system and fully furnished. Don't ask about budget as it is an impossible question to answer but be sure we understand what constitutes value for money. Cash is available for a quick sale in the currency of your choice.

If you have a property which offers opportunity but misses the mark on ready to move into don't give up without asking - we are flexible and have some vision.

Hi Edislaw,

Good luck on your search, the property forum has a lot to offer, your requests are high, but can be acheivable.
There is a lot of people trying to sell, and at different levels, of what they would like to get for their properties.
Location, condition, infrastructure, and what you want out of an area where you would like to live in is very important.
Like others we are trying to sell, but the conditions you have set down , we cannot match.

As you have done your research, you will know, that take your time, study the area, ask around, seek advice, and dont rush into anything.

Its a buyers market.

Good Luck !!
