Well I am in a good position as I get accomodation with my job so we will buy a house in Cesme, which is my favourite place in the world.

I am going to be living in an area of Istanbul called Tarabaya so if you know anything about thsi area I would love to hear it.:)

Tarabya is a nice area to live in Istanbul. Do you mind if I ask you which part of Istanbul you will be working? Because living in Tarabya and let's say working in Büyükcekmece is not very convinient.

Welcome to Istanbul! As everyone says this is a great city and you wont regret moving here. Just keep in your mind that its not so cheap in Istanbul anyomore. Cars, fuel and accomodation is much more expensive than in Europe.

But Tarabiya is nice place, a bit far from "real" city but very convinient for you work. Many people spemd hours in traffic but you will be lucky, maybe 15-20 minutes one way. I am living quite close by you, in Istinye which is the next big bay on Bosphorus towards Marmara sea.

Please dont hesitate to contact me if you need any help!

Welcome again
