Carol, excellent article, but I would like to clarify something, in Argentina the Spanish is spoken as a native language, other languages spoken are in a very small percentage that is almost impossible to easily find people to talk in English.
Yet most Argentines can "communicate" (not the same as speaking) in English, because from small us taught in school this language.

Carol, excelente articulo, pero me gustaría aclarar algo, en Argentina se habla el Español como lengua nativa, el resto de los idiomas que se hablan son en un porcentaje muy pequeño que casi es imposible encontrar personas fácilmente que conversen en Ingles.
Sin embargo la mayoría de los Argentinos podemos "comunicarnos" (no es lo mismo que hablar) en Ingles, debido a que desde pequeños se nos enseña en la escuela este idioma.
