Post Posted: Thu Jul 07, 2016 6:25 pm

We are looking for a property in the Arganil area or in this region whilst we have a house built. We require a minimum of 2 bedrooms and some outside space, storage would also be very useful. We have 3 well behaved Labradors with us. Please contact as soon as possible looking to move 1st September

Hi yes our house is up for sale , but we can rent at the same time, and we would make sure you would have plenty of time if we did sell at least a 3 month notice regards Eleanor

Hi
The rent would be 600€ a month that includes the electricity, council tax and water. It doesn’t include gasc, central heating oil, Internet, ( this you can sort out easily at Arganil) or maintenance of the swimming pool.
Are you in Portugal now, as we have someone who will show you the property, we would like to have 2 month rent in advance as a deposit. If there are any questions just ask.
Thank you Eleanor
