Elhovo, Yambol

Does anyone on the Forum live here?
Have seen a couple of properties that I would like to short list.
Is the village/town good?
Have heard a couple of horror stories about another village we looked at.
We are looking at coming over in August to view and possibly buy.
All info helps.

Hi Bryan
I am in the Elhovo area if you want to know any villages specifically I may be able to help or know someone who can. I'm in the UK at the minute but back over next month.
Elhovo town is well provided for and has just about everything you could get. It it the nearest you will get locally without going into Yambol.

Hi, it really depends what you are looking for in a village. Some have quite a few expats such as Dobrich which if you like that then I could say which have or if no then they should be avoided. So many in that area I'd need to know what villages you are looking at and what you want in a village and what you want to avoid. My village had no other expats but I quite like that and no real shop to speak of or cafes etc. So it would have been a bad choice if I was looking for that sort of thing. I will say that there are no real problems around that area in any villages. It's a nice location not too far from a main town Yambol and 40 mins from the coast.
Hope that hepls

If you want warmer, "Kamenar", It;s one of the good reasons I am here. This is a friendly village situated six kilometers from the coastal town of Pomorie. Here is a kink, with one property for sale with land and one for rent.
