The cost of living are almost the same everywhere. When you convert the currency to USD, you find out that there isn’t really much difference. But then if you live in an expensive area, you might have higher utility bills compared to other neighborhoods. If you are living in Dubai, you need a minimum of 10-15000 AED of monthly income to live comfortably- that is if you are living alone. If you have a family, you should earn way over 20,000 AED. You should consider buying villas in Dubai, they are affordable if you want to skip rent.
