Apartment price add-ons.

Post Posted: Mon Jul 17, 2017 3:14 am

Hello there,
I inquired through an estate agent about an apt. priced 13,300 euros near Gandia. The agent just got back to me explaining it's a bank repo and the 13.3 will go on the deeds and the final cost will be 17.8 euros. This includes;
Notary cost, registry and taxes, local council tax, transmission tax.
Does this sound kosher?
I would have to pay for the re-connection of water/elec. How much is that?
I will still have to get a lawyer I assume. A grand?
I also saw an apt. online in Agilas, larger and 3 K cheaper. Anyone been to Agilar, north Murcia?
Thanking y'all,
SanFerryAnn.

That would be better for you if you find other accommodation at cheap rates. Or you can consult with other agent. There are list of real estate agencies.

Hi Sanferryann,

I noticed the apartment you speak about is very cheap, we're in the process of looking at apartments at present and to date have only found propertyunder50k.com to be within our budget, we have been to however there are lots of bank repo's and cheap apartments out there so any advice or help would be great.

Info on websites, or agents that deal in reop's would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Hi!
Due to these priblems with renting apartments and going through all that kind of everytime ontroduction to taxes, payments....I decided that I am satisfied with one place in Spain and didnt worry about it after buying nice apartments in Spain in a little town.
And these misunderstandings with agents were gone for the life)
have a good day!
