If you're interested in hearing about experiences as an expat in Paris, I can suggest a podcast called Expat Sandwich- they have a couple of episodes on Paris, the most recent of which is about well-known pastry chef and food blogger, David Lebovitz.

I really liked how he talked about the differences in communication and "forwardness" in France, vs. the U.S.
