agriturismo or bed and breakfast??

Post Posted: Fri Aug 25, 2017 8:28 am

Hello

We have a house in the Tuscan mountains and plan to shortly open some rooms as either a b&b or an agriturismo. My understanding is that we can register as an agriturismo if we have produce we can share with our guests (which we do as have chickens and veggie plot) but does anyone know if either has an advantage in terms of ease of registering with the authorities or tax implications?

Would be grateful for any thoughts or advice.
