I don't doubt that they are but for me from my experience I can't say the same oh we'll never mind

If you think you have problems now, wait until you get a Parcel that's to be delivered by GLS
They deliver ALL Signed For Post coming from UK & are part off Royal Mails system, as RM bought them out years ago.
They also deliver Signed For from several EU Member Countries

There absolutely bloody useless !

Funny you should say that cause if someone from the uk send anything for me in my name via Royal Mail I don't receive it but if they put it in my partners name she gets them what's all that about

As far as your original post is concerned, have you tried to include your mobile number as the first or second line of your address. That will often result in the driver giving you a call.

+1 here as far as SEUR are concerned. My parcels always arrive earlier than the expected delivery date from Amazon. SEUR usually also send two emails; one the day before delivery and a reminder on the morning of delivery.

Sorry that it is not working that way for you.

Some years ago I ordered a number of goods from Amazon. They tend to use GLS who are part of the Post Office. However, because I have an Apartado number GLS WILL NOT DELIVER!!! They simply return the parcel to the sender in the UK. I tried to take legal action on the basis that the Post Office have entered into a Contract to deliver the parcel but I got absolutely no where.

On the few occasions that I now order from Amazon I ensure that I have a tracking number. I then contact the delivery Company here (it's always been GLS) and arrange to meet them to collect the parcel. Usually the meeting place is outside the Post Office (where I have my Apartado) but the Delivery Company is not able to enter the Post Office. Crazy!!!

I'm waiting on a parcel to come from the uk at the moment it was sent last Thursday let's see if it gets here, I don't get why they can't deliver post office to post office it's stupid, this parcel I'm waiting for is via the post office, I've checked my box & so far no card to say anything has arrived but I'll keep my fingers crossed & hope

Do you have an Apartado number or do the Correiros deliver to your door?

If the former then my experience is that you WILL NEVER get a card put into your box. Sorry.

My advice is to get a tracking number and contact the Delivery Company.
