Hi,
Is there anybody out there ? Shocked
Never have I seen the Portugal Forum so quiet, dead even.
Its more like the Belize or Kenya forums
Anyway, HAPPY NEW YEAR TO THOSE OF US WHO HAVE NOT TURNED THE LIGHTS OUT YET !!

Hi Garrick and Happy New Year to you too.

It seems that it's just the two of us.

I did ask a mod a couple of days ago if there was a problem with the site. The answer was that folk seem to have migrated to the Facebook group which apparently is very active. That's great for those of us that understand and even like Facebook, but I'm not one of the crowd. It's a shame that there are some that believe the world revolves around Facebook. Note how many businesses seem to think that is the only online presence they need.

Anyway, all is well in Central PT. Hope you're doing OK.

Hi

Unless someone posts a question or something that requires an answer there is not a lot to post about. Since i joined i tend to reply if there is something i can add that is helpful.

Peter

Hi Peter,
Glad to know someone is out there, getting a bit like the Mary Celeste.
What you say about folks using Facebook is very true , but not something I had thought of. Like you, I like the more traditional ways.
Happy New Year to you.
Regards
Garrick

I am still here and check in almost daily but like Peter unless there is a question to be answered I don't say anything.

Hi Guys,
Nice to know you are still out there, I confess that I also look most days but being 'an old timer' the days of asking questions and looking for answers are long gone.
However, that could all change after tonight !!
Have a good 2019
Regards
Garrick
