Long Let with possibility of Purchase

Post Posted: Wed Mar 13, 2019 8:32 pm

My wife and I are seeking a small house in a remote (within reason) location which is accessible by car. Ideally it will be in the Ionian Islands. We need internet but only for email. It would be lovely to be close to the sea (not a busy beach). We are ready to travel by mid to late April and happy to be flexible on the exact length of ley but ideally need to be back in the UK by mid June.

We will be looking for propert while in the islands in a similarly quiet location so if you have something to offer we are open to ideas.

Hi! It all depends on your financial options, of course, as the prices vary a lot. As for the Ionian Islands, I think it is one of the best options for purchasing property in Greece. It's possible to find something in a quiet area by the sea for an average price. We managed to buy a house in Corfu tranio.com/greece/pelo...nds/corfu/ for €320 000, but I'm sure it's possible to find something at a lower price. In general, we live in a peaceful area nor far from sea and we are quite satisfied with our purchase.
