I hadn't seen the news this morning - thats terrible. Haven't been on the metro in Valencia at all, seems they have ruled out terrorism and it was a wheel breaking!

Hi there

It is our usual way in to Valencia, as it's very cheap and better than trying to navigate around the city.
Having used it a lot,I can only imagine that it would be fairly full, poor people!!
It was on the new's from the UK this morning.

This is the local train, or the main line? I get the train from Gandia to Valencia, but thats not the one you mean is it?

Hello All,
Yes this news is very sad and my thoughts go out to the family and friends involved in this crash on the metro (Underground Jon). I have used this system once or twice when visiting Valencia, with family and friends.

I'm astounded David, I've wandered aimlessly around Valencia on several occasions and didn't even know there was an underground system Shocked
