Recruiter's wanted in Vancouver BC

Post Posted: Wed Jan 31, 2007 10:55 pm

Hi there,

I work for an Accounting agency & we're looking for a couple of recruiters to join us. If anyone is either already living in Vancouver or about to move out here & you've worked within the industry, send me a pm & we can talk more about the job! I don't think that we're able to sponsor anyone unfortunately. But if anyone's interested please let me know!

Hi Tamsin,

How are you? Great to hear from you again. Best of luck with your Recruiter search.

An important suggestion for something like this, is for you to join a business social network, such as LinkedIn (Link to my profile in my signature at end of post).

LinkedIn is an online business networking tool, that currently gives access to more than 9 million qualified users Worldwide.

By connecting in through somebody that trusts/knows you, then you are given access to everybody that your first connection trusts, and then everybody that they trust, and everybody that they trust...and so on and so on.

The concept is for you to connect in, then you have access to the Network, and you invite new trusted/known sources into the Network to grow your contribution.

As an example...if you were to connect through me to the Network, then I currently have more than 80 direct contacts, who in turn have more than 145,000 contacts, who then in turn have more than 2.5 million trusted/known contacts to browse and connect with.

Tamsin: You can click on the LinkedIn logo at the end of this message to view my public profile, browse and then use the link there to connect to me using the email address: linkedin @ nupad.ca

If you prefer, just let me know, and I will send you a personal invitation from inside the Network instead.

It's FREE to join and easy to use.

Then you can see all the options inside the system that will really improve your business networking, including the ability to contact potential employees, post jobs, search jobs, Q&A knowledge forum, and much more!

Phew! If you have any questions at all, just let me know.

All the best,

Paul-F

Hi Tamsin,

Wow, too much. I just did a search for you (Tamsin is easy to filter) and found you in LinkedIn.

We were sitting only one degree away in LinkedIn without realizing it.

Small World you say?

p.s. Happy Anniversary - You have been a member here for a whole year now...

Cheers,
Paul-F

I'm Linkedin as well

and I am a recruiter -

and like you Tamsin, I wil be seeking recruiters to join my new venture in Toronto when I eventually get my PR ! Very Happy

Good luck with your search - if its anything like the UK market - good recruitment consultants are very hard to find.
