United States of America (USA) - Property Prices
Property prices vary from region to region just like any country and in Florida, a popular area for expats, you can expect to pay around $100,000 for a two-bedroomed apartment.
If you want to be close to a city centre and all the amenities this will give you, then you can expect to pay around the $100,000 mark for a one-bedroomed apartment. Property is very expensive in major city centres - New York City, for example, attracts very high prices in areas close to tourist attractions. Prices are very much regional and the more rural you go, the more you will get for your money.
Always review the property market carefully before agreeing to anything and make sure you seek professional advice before purchasing.
