Turkey – Driving Licenses

Turkey is a popular destination for tourists and expatriates alike. However, if you plan to drive in Turkey, you will need to obtain a valid driving license. In this article, we will answer some common questions about driving licenses in Turkey.

General Rules for Foreign Nationals

Foreign nationals can drive in Turkey with their own driving license for up to six months. After six months, they must obtain a Turkish driving license.

  • Two passport-sized photos
  • Payment of the application fee

Renewing a Driving License in Turkey
