Paid Time Off

Employees are entitled to annual leave, sick leave, and maternity leave. The number of paid leave days depends on the length of service and job title. For example, employees with more than 15 years of service are entitled to 26 days of annual leave.

Social Security

Employees and employers are required to make contributions to the social security system, which covers medical care, sick leave, maternity leave, and retirement benefits. The contribution rate is 8% of the employee’s salary for both the employee and the employer.
