Attracting expats to the business center and quality of life, the capital city is a center of culture, and this is (allegedly) the most popular Facebook page specifically about the area. The 6,000 followers and fans are active and timeline posts about a myriad of issues are well received.

For the rest of that population, this is definitely the place where cool expats (at least 200 of them) hang out to spot the parties and events where they can meet fellow world wanderers.
