The year is racing past - it's nearly July! If you're an expat living in the USA, here's a guide to Fourth of July celebrations.

We also spoke to Jennifer Aquino, the author behind The International Family Guide to US University Admissions, about what you need to know if you're planning on studying in the US.

Or, if you're a little further north than that, here's a guide to self-employment in Canada, and a guide to moving there under the skilled workers program.

Perhaps European life is more your bag - if so, here's a guide to golden visas in Europe. Of course, the current political situation is creating some uncertainty for expats all over the continent; here's what some of them think about Brexit.

We also have a few guides focused on specific European destinations: here's how to understand the political system in Italy; how to find an apartment in Germany; and some meetup groups you might want to attend if you're living in London.

We have some recommended blogs for you if you're thinking of moving to Bulgaria, Belgium or Belize.

We also spoke to two expats this week about their experiences of living abroad: Chris in Tobago, and Corie in Luxembourg.

Would you like to share your experience of life abroad with other readers? Answer the questions here to be featured in an interview!
