Ski resorts
Canada is also popular for its ski resorts and the luxurious homes that are located at these destinations. Whistler, in the Coast Mountains of British Columbia, is one such resort that offers spectacular skiing and snowboarding opportunities. There are many small communities in this region including a pedestrian-only village. Another popular destination is Sun Peaks located in the interior part of British Columbia. For those who prefer to invest in a more accessible location, the ideal choice is Mont Tremblant, which is about a two hour drive away from Montreal and Ottawa. Buying a property
The prices and regulations for buying properties may vary from one province to another.
