Meeting her boyfriend in Cuba’s third largest city Camaguey, she writes about the surprises of being adopted into a large Cuban family, the lovely friends that can be made over the internet and the fascinating differences to life away from Toronto – including entrepreneurial kids who employ paper bags thrown down from 4th storey windows as shopping services.
